Draft for legal review
Privacy
Last updated 20 September 2026. Follow collects as little as it can and never asks for documents.
What we collect
- Your wallet address, which is public on the blockchain by nature, and the Follow accounts created for it.
- The identifier you sign in with, through Privy: an email address, or the identity Google or Apple shares when you choose them. Signing in with an existing wallet shares no identifier at all.
- Your onchain activity in Follow accounts (deposits, trades, withdrawals). This is public on Robinhood Chain; Follow indexes it to show your timeline.
- Request metadata such as your IP-derived country code, used only to decide whether Stock Tokens may be offered where you are.
- Page views, referrers, approximate location, and browser and device information through Vercel Web Analytics, used for aggregate traffic statistics.
What we do not collect
No identity documents, no card numbers, no bank details, no precise location. Follow does not run identity verification.
Who else is involved
- Privy, for sign-in and the wallets it creates for email, Google, and Apple users.
- LI.FI, when you convert money from another network into USDG or back.
- Robinhood Chain RPC providers and the Stock Token issuer's public price service, for prices and balances.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides Web Analytics, and Supabase, which stores Follow's data.
- Quiver Quantitative, the source of the public disclosures. Quiver does not receive anything about you.
Cookies and browser storage
Follow uses a cookie to remember your detected country for one day, and browser storage for your theme, your eligibility declaration, and where the money you converted came from. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Onchain records are permanent by nature. Follow's own copies of your activity and sign-in identifier are kept while you have an account and deleted on request, except where the law requires keeping them longer.
