Single stocks

A single stock on Follow is a portfolio of one name at 100%, in an account of its own. You buy and sell it from the stock's page, with the same panel, the same rules and the same direct trades with Ondo Global Markets as a portfolio.

Where to find a stock

Every name Ondo tokenises on BNB Chain has a page, 451 names today, and only those: a page is where the stock is bought. Stocks, in the menu, lists the names the tracked portfolios hold; the search in the top bar finds any stock by its ticker or its name.

A stock's page shows the share's chart, which tracked portfolios hold it (the published portfolios of verified people among them), what each did with it and when, and About. Where Follow offers the name, the trade panel sits beside the chart; where it does not, a card there says so.

Buying

Type an amount under Amount to buy and press the button below it: Buy Intel, on Intel's page. The least is $5 to start and $5 to add, as for a portfolio, and Follow's fee comes out of the amount. One name at 100% always clears Follow's smallest trade of $1.50, so all of it is bought: nothing waits as cash for being too small.

The first buy of a name creates its account. Your wallet signs the creation, the approval and the deposit in turn, so it is still one press, and it takes about 45 seconds where a later buy takes about 20. Follow then buys the token from Ondo directly, at the price Ondo signs for that moment, in one transaction (where it is held).

What you own

The stock's token, issued by Ondo Global Markets, in an account your wallet owns and only you can withdraw from. It is the token every portfolio on Follow holds for that name: a share class Ondo does not tokenise is bought as the one it does, so GOOG opens the page of Alphabet's A shares, GOOGL.

The account never changes by itself. A portfolio is traded when its source changes; a stock is one name for as long as you hold it, traded only when you add or sell. A dividend is reinvested by Ondo after withholding and a split adds shares, so one token can stand for more than one share (dividends and splits).

Selling

Choose Sell, then type an amount or press Max. A partial sale is at least $5 and leaves at least $5; an amount that would leave less sells everything, and the line under the amount says Everything. The cash comes back to your wallet as USDT on BNB Chain.

A sale is final once you press it (since 24 October 2026). A name on Ondo's around-the-clock list sells at once, at any hour; any other name pressed while its market is closed waits for the open, and the button says when, in your own time (selling).

What it costs

Follow’s fee0.10%

Of every trade, the buy and the sale alike: the one rate a portfolio pays. The card shows it in dollars, inside Total cost, before you press.

Ondo’s spreadabout 0.15%

Ondo's, not Follow's: a buy a little above Ondo's own price, a sale a little below it. The card counts it in Total cost as an estimate.

Each yearNone

No yearly fee on what you hold, and no creator fee: a stock has no creator.

Every fee, and what network fees Follow pays for you, is on fees.

Trading hours

A stock trades while Ondo quotes it: from Sunday 20:05 to Friday 20:00, New York time, for every name, US market holidays aside, and around the clock, weekends and holidays included, for the 32 names on Ondo's 24/7 list. The tag beside the ticker says which. A buy pressed while the market is closed puts your money in the stock's account as USDT, and it is bought when Ondo next quotes the name (trading hours).

What “You hold” shows

Under the panel, “You hold” shows what you hold of the name and through which accounts: the stock on its own and every portfolio of yours that holds it, each with its value and what it has made on the name since it was bought, and the whole at the top. Nothing shows when you hold none of it.

The gain is since each account bought, not over the chart's window: every account holds the same share at the same price, so over a window each row would only repeat the share's move.

On Portfolio, a stock is a holding, not a follow: it is listed under Holdings, never under Following, and its account counts in every total. A holding opens its stock's page, and the faces under Held through name each account that holds it.

A stock you also hold through a portfolio

The two are separate accounts with separate shares. A sale on the stock's page sells only what you bought on its own, and a portfolio's update never touches it. “You hold” shows both, a row each.
